Gunite Pool Builders in Arizona

Gunite and shotcrete pools are built on site from sprayed concrete over a steel frame. The shape is not limited to a mold, which is why this method often goes with custom work. The companies on this page state that they build gunite, shotcrete or concrete pools.

Ask which of these methods the company uses, whether its own crew does the spraying, and what finish goes over the shell. Ask what warranty covers the shell. Digging a pool also means finding the underground lines first, and state law requires them to be located and marked before excavation starts, so ask who handles that step. Check the license class with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
