Why this directory exists
I am a growth marketing specialist based in Scottsdale, and I build websites and write copy for businesses. I started this directory because choosing a pool contractor in Arizona means comparing companies that do very different work. One builds custom pools from a first drawing. Another only resurfaces. A third runs weekly cleaning routes. All of them can come up in the same search.
So this directory puts them side by side, city by city, and says what each company states it does, with its Google rating and phone number. It includes small towns as well as the big metro areas, because a homeowner in a small town deserves the same comparison as a homeowner in Phoenix.
I do not build pools, and I do not take a share of any pool job. The directory earns money from businesses that pay for a featured position or a premium listing, and those are marked wherever they appear. A basic listing is free and stays free. If a detail about your company is wrong, tell me and I will fix it.
How listings are vetted
Not every company here builds pools. Some remodel, repair or service them, and each listing shows which of those it does. Companies that state they build new pools appear first in each group.
A license on a listing is what the business states about itself. We do not verify licenses, so check the number with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors before you sign a contract.
Right now that is 868 pool contractors in 53 Arizona cities, last refreshed 2026-10-31.
Owners can claim their listing for free. Every claim is checked by a person: a real local business, a matching email domain or a call to the number on the Google listing. Paid placements are marked as featured, premium or best-of wherever they appear.
Corrections and removals
If a listing is wrong, or you want your business removed, tell us. We answer within a week and rebuild the directory with the change.
