Arizona Rainfall

Arizona Rainfall is a pool and landscape builder based in Surprise, working across the west side of the Phoenix Valley since 1978 under owner Gary Hines. It builds custom pools and spas with a free in-home consultation and 3D design, and its build steps run through layout, excavation, plumbing and electrical, in-floor plumbing, rebar, shotcrete, masonry, decking and a pebble finish. Pool remodels, water features, turf, pergolas, pavers, landscape design and construction, and landscape lighting round out the backyard work. Projects are offered with zero money down and payment upon completion. Customer reviews describe skilled crews who installed patio pavers correctly and left the yard clean. A management team covers construction, sales and design, purchasing and warranty work, and the pool gallery shows finished projects. Rated 4.9 from 227 Google reviews, 215 of them five stars and 7 one star.
