LMR Consulting & Design Service

LMR Pools Consulting & Design Service in Maricopa runs an owner builder program for residential pools and does not build pools itself. It guides the customer through design, excavation, plumbing, steel, shotcrete, filling and equipment startup, and it charges a set project fee for that help. Licensed and insured subcontractors do the actual construction in coordinated phases, and the company is a licensed, BBB approved pool consulting company. Labor and equipment warranty assurance applies to each phase under Arizona consumer protection law. A financing link is available. The program targets savings by skipping the retail mark up, and those savings can stretch to a rock slide, an elevated waterfall or a barbecue island. Help extends to designing the surrounding landscaping, and the manager is Aaron Johnson. Years of experience and hundreds of satisfied customers are claimed. Rated 3.8 from 20 Google reviews, 13 of them five stars and 6 one star.
